One Brickell City Centre

Located in the heart of Miami’s financial district, the 85-story One Brickell City Centre is transforming the downtown area as work continues on the $1.05 billion mixed-use project. This is currently the largest single project in the city being strategically built on 9.1 acres with a focus on diverse retail, entertainment, 5-star hotel, and Class A office space. A parking podium connects three adjacent sub-grade parking structures constructed as part of a previous phase.


Plaza on Fifth

Plaza on Fifth, a mixed-use facility, features shopping and dining on street level, upscale commercial space on the second floor, and luxury condominiums and townhomes on the upper four floors.  A unique feature is the roof-top garden for residential tenants that provides a beautiful 360-degree panoramic view of the area. The connected theater is the first theatre facility for the City of Coralville. The 7,800-square-foot space features a proscenium style theatre accompanied by a 480-seat auditorium and lobby. The building’s engineering is comprised of sustainable features such as water source heat pumps, lighting controls, and low-water usage plumbing fixtures.


222 2nd Avenue

The new mixed-use, 24-story, Class A office space will sit across the street from the 11-acre West Riverfront Park and soon-to-open Amphitheater in SoBro. Plans call for one floor of retail space to wrap around the building including an office lobby. There will be 10 levels of above-ground parking with 14 floors of office space situated above the parking podium which will utilize an automated occupancy sensing feature.Project highlights:

    • Daylighting control systems
    • LED lighting in the core and common spaces
    • Lighting controls integrated with building management system for optimal efficiency
  • Office levels cooled by optimized high-efficiency chilled water system that performs 18% better than LEED baseline system.
  • HVAC systems designed to be flexible for tenants with and without ceilings to accommodate unique office tenants in the Nashville market.
  • Power density, exceeding industry standard, will be available for tenant power needs to accommodate power-intensive tenants such as financial trading firms, data center operations, etc.

Fallbrook 575 Mixed-Use Building

Situated in the heart of Fallbrook Community Town Center, this mixed-use Class A building overlooks downtown Lincoln and the State Capitol. With front door parking, patio seating/dining, and a drive thru for a bank, credit union, or restaurant; the first floor offers retail/service/medical opportunities while the second floor features Class A office setting with balconies. Alvine Engineering provided engineering services for the building core and shell along with tenant improvement services for multiple occupants.

River Point High-Rise and Tenant Improvement

River Point will set the standard for ultramodern office space in Chicago. The 52-story office tower is ideally located in Chicago’s downtown West Loop on the edge of the Chicago River. The project also includes a 1.5 acre plaza and river walk covering the existing rail tracks and opening the site to a new river walk. River Point will create unparalleled work space in Chicago by featuring an advanced fitness center, a formal restaurant, and three levels of underground parking. The project will offer dramatic world-class architecture, efficient interior design, and outstanding views from all of the office floors.


Bank of Oklahoma Park Plaza at 499 Sheridan

Downtown Oklahoma City will soon see an addition to its beautiful skyline. Connected to a neighboring building via a 144-foot skybridge, 499 Sheridan will also use a 60-foot sky bridge to connect with the new parking structure. The architecturally-modern tower will integrate rich, historical architecture elements on the facade, featuring building components from Oklahoma’s City’s 1930 thriving main street. The passenger elevator shaft is pressurized to eliminate lobby doors on office floors.The 32-story facility will provide 700,000 gross square feet of corporate office space as well as two parking structures for employees.


Northwestern Mutual Headquarters and Community Amenities

Northwestern Mutual Tower and Community Amenities will reflect the city’s invigorating urban lifestyle. The building design includes a 3+-story “Commons” that extends along the south side of East Mason Street, covering an area greater than two city blocks. The Commons will have public space with a visitor’s center, café, and outdoor dining capable of serving 6,000+ meals per day. Fitness centers and other amenities serve on-site staff as well as the thousands of Northwestern Mutual employees that visit the facility for training and conferences annually.


Water’s Edge Building 3

A core and shell space, this facility is being designed for a creative, cutting-edge tenant. The 40,000-square-foot floor plates are designed with sealed concrete and exposed structure to appeal to a wide variety of future users.


Delaware Resource Group

The design of this office building focused on sustainability including energy-efficient LED light fixtures throughout with dimming capabilities for a wide range of functions such as general, ambient, task, and accent lighting. The mechanical system is geo-thermal with water source heat pumps and energy recovery units. The tech-smart facility’s design includes pathways that support telecommunications, audiovisual, and security requirements.

Together Inc. Renovation

Together Inc. is a cooperative effort of community church and synagogue leaders to provide emergency resources and navigation to working families in extreme poverty to rebuild housing stability. Annually serving more than 22,000 people in need, local corporations, faith, and human service organizations rely on Together Inc. to provide support services for their employees and neighbors.
