River Point will set the standard for ultramodern office space in Chicago. The 52-story office tower is ideally located in Chicago’s downtown West Loop on the edge of the Chicago River. The project also includes a 1.5 acre plaza and river walk covering the existing rail tracks and opening the site to a new river walk. River Point will create unparalleled work space in Chicago by featuring an advanced fitness center, a formal restaurant, and three levels of underground parking. The project will offer dramatic world-class architecture, efficient interior design, and outstanding views from all of the office floors.
Downtown Oklahoma City will soon see an addition to its beautiful skyline. Connected to a neighboring building via a 144-foot skybridge, 499 Sheridan will also use a 60-foot sky bridge to connect with the new parking structure. The architecturally-modern tower will integrate rich, historical architecture elements on the facade, featuring building components from Oklahoma’s City’s 1930 thriving main street. The passenger elevator shaft is pressurized to eliminate lobby doors on office floors.The 32-story facility will provide 700,000 gross square feet of corporate office space as well as two parking structures for employees.
Northwestern Mutual Tower and Community Amenities will reflect the city’s invigorating urban lifestyle. The building design includes a 3+-story “Commons” that extends along the south side of East Mason Street, covering an area greater than two city blocks. The Commons will have public space with a visitor’s center, café, and outdoor dining capable of serving 6,000+ meals per day. Fitness centers and other amenities serve on-site staff as well as the thousands of Northwestern Mutual employees that visit the facility for training and conferences annually.
