As part of the renovation of All Saints Episcopal Church, Alvine Engineering provided lighting design for the sanctuary and periphery areas. The beautiful existing wood A-frame structure was not being illuminated, leaving it dark. The Alvine design solution was two-fold: provide lighting cognizant of aging-eye issues of worshipers and provide uplighting to highlight the architecture. Theatrical-style lighting was provided to illuminate focal points such as the ambo, the altar, the cross, and the choir loft. Upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire alarm systems and a roof replacement were included in the project.
Alvine also provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services for the Retreat Center upgrade including power, lighting, plumbing modifications, and upgrades to the fire alarm system.
