PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa is a multi-discipline group of 79 medical and surgical providers serving the healthcare needs of eastern Iowa. This project created a building where more than 100 doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and therapists can co-locate resulting in “one-stop-shopping” for patients. Specialties include hematology, surgery, oncology, cardiology, prosthetics, orthotics, and women’s health. Alvine Engineering provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for this state-of-the-art medical office building and also for tenant improvements to the Linear Accelerator addition and the ForeFront Dermatology clinic.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
