Alvine Engineering provided an independent evaluation of the property to identify opportunities for utility cost savings through enhanced operating practices and/or building equipment retrofits. Our team also worked with the Owner group to focus on the identification of capital expenditures to maintain operability of the building’s key mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems including the HVAC systems that were consistent with their investment pro forma. Findings included a budget estimate and priority ranking for each capital expenditure recommendation. Alvine was also contracted to implement the energy savings and capital expenditures improvements.
