PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• LEED Silver, which includes the Fundamental Commissioning Prerequisite and Enhanced Commissioning Credit.
• The design team optimized the percentage of vision glass with the energy consumption for the HVAC systems and the performance of the vision glass.
• Phased project construction processes opened the 1,350-stall parking garage over
