Alvine Engineering offers volunteer time off (VTO) opportunities where we partner and participate in activities with amazing organizations like Keep Omaha Beautiful, Inc., Together, Habitat for Humanity, United Way, Oklahoma City Memorial Run, and many more to give back to the communities who support us.

Internships are an important part of exploring the industry, which is why we encourage our interns to find their unique talents and strengths by working on current projects, participating in site visits, and bonding with team members. We have also found that our interns bring new ideas and perspectives to our current employees.

At Alvine Engineering, we work on some of the coolest projects in the business, but we also know when to stop and smell the roses. We care about our employees and want to create the best work environment. Our Renewal Committee’s primary purpose is to create and maintain our company’s culture built on the core values. One way they do this is by building relationships with colleagues through fun company events. Whether planning the company golf outing, coordinating a cornhole tournament, or crowning the company’s chili cook-off winner, Renewal’s goal is to “connect, engage, and recharge” our employees.
