Conceptualized as a “front porch” for the revitalized riverfront area, the River’s Edge Pavilion connects the Bob Kerry pedestrian bridge with the Iowa Riverfront Trail system.
A space for the community to host events and activities, the building blends the outdoors with modern amenities including a public-use meeting room, public restrooms, and patio areas. The first floor features heating and cooling, tables and chairs, a catering kitchen, private restrooms, an audiovisual system, and an outdoor deck. The rooftop deck allows up to 122 guests a spectacular view of the surrounding park all the way to the Omaha skyline.
