PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Located in Lenexa, Kansas, TouchNet Information Systems provides integrated, comprehensive, and secure commerce and credentials solutions for colleges and universities. Alvine Engineering partnered with Rand Elliott Architects and Jonkman Construction to transform a 47,000-square-foot space into their new, modern corporate headquarters.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

• Designed a standby power distribution system, including using an existing generator.
• Renovated existing office space to include new private offices, conference and training rooms, and open office spaces.
• Coordination of existing mechanical systems with new space configuration led to the reconfiguration of air distribution, including adding new terminal units and air devices.
• Electrical systems required modification to accommodate new lighting layouts and additional circuiting for new private offices, conference rooms, and training rooms.
