PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Located in Lenexa, Kansas, TouchNet Information Systems is a provider of integrated, comprehensive and secure commerce and credentials solutions for colleges and universities. Alvine Engineering partnered with Rand Elliott Architects and Jonkman Construction to transform a 47,000-square-foot space into their new, modern corporate headquarters.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Designed standby power distribution system, including using existing generator.
  • Renovation of existing office space to include new private offices, conference and training rooms, and open office spaces.
  • Coordination of existing mechanical systems with new space configuration led to the reconfiguration of air distribution, including adding new terminal units and air devices.
  • Electrical systems required modification to accommodate new lighting layouts and additional circuiting for new private offices, conference rooms, and training rooms.
